A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in SQL Support. Candidates residing in or near Mumbai will be preferred. An immediate joiner or a 1-week joiner will be preferred.

  • About the Role
  • The candidate must have technical production support experience.
  • candidate should ensure 99.99% uptime of system.
  • The candidate must know the ITIL process of change/release management.
  • The Candidate must have hands-on experience in issue analysis and bug fixing
  • candidate must know SIT and UAT testing.
  • candidate must have hands-on experience with a ticketing tool like Unidesk, unicenter, etc.
  • Candidate must know about Windows scheduler and SQL scheduler.
  • The candidate has docker and container will be preferable.
  • The candidate has experience with monitoring tools like Appdynamics, appnomic, and Dynatrace will add an advantage.
  • Candidate should know criticality of P1, P2, P3 and so on category ticket.
  • The desired candidate should have quality communication and technical Knowledge such as SQL Server, IIS, and API.
  • The candidate must also possess experience in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, IIS, and Technology.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily health checks of applications and update the status in the health check sheet.
  • Proactively monitoring application performance, Integration jobs/Batch processing.
  • Monitor ticket assigned in group and act for closure
  • Ensure all tickets close as per agreed time (As per SLA agreement).
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for incident resolution like the Server Team, DBA Team, Network Team, Storage Team, etc.
  • Provide data to different business teams by running SQL queries.
  • Perform deployment of release in SIT and prepare SIT test cases.
  • Perform Production release deployment and monitoring.
  • Periodically review the system performance and capacity to avoid any impact on availability.
  • Participate in BCP Drill activity & update the run book.
  • Qualifications
    • Graduation
  • Role Proficiencies:-
  • Experience in Production Management for Windows Application server.
  • Technically sound on MS-SQL
  • Writing SQL Queries, View, and Store Procedures
  • Creation of a website on the IIS Server
  • Create and modify SQL jobs and Window batch files.
