Conduct user acceptance testing Perform migration / upload of master data and open balances Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of D365 F&O solutions. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for clients. Work closely with the client team under supervision of Client project manager and monitor the daily issues on regular basis Work closely with L1 support team to identify the pain areas and provide solution / workaround Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
